Bits and bobs is one of my fav British expressions and it seems particularly appropriate when talking about softies and textiles. So today, just some bits and bobs - things I thought would be interesting
Fine Cell Work is a non-profit organization in the UK that teaches needlwork and embroidery to people in prison. They have a new-ish program to finish tapestries and pillows for a fee. This sounds like such an excellent idea - is there a similar program in the US I wonder?

The British do such marvelous needlework. Wish I could take some of their classes. Lovely!
