Chika Mori is the judge for the Best Softie Cuisine, and a extraordinary softie maker herself. Her wonderful, original softies are made with the tiniest stitches you've ever seen and lots of great floss colors. Her site is Chikagraphy. Here are a couple of her fabulous designs:
Sarah Neuburger is The Small Object. She created an enchanted world of small clothespin peeps and added other quirky small things, stamps, stationary and artwork. I know she has a huge following - her booth at Renegade was swamped and you'd better get on her mailing list so you get first crack at her handmade, limited edition pieces. A photo of her new leprechaun ornament is below along with one of her clothepin people. Sarah is judging the Best Needlefelted category.
Cal Patch is a multi-talented designer/crafter. She designs clothing using recylcled materials, embroiders, crochets and teaches classes to those of us less talented. She lives the handmade life and is committed to it. To catch up with Cal and what she's making this week, check out her blog Hodge Podge Farm. Below is a recent very cute skirt she made and also a dog sweater for her adorable Gertie. Cal is judging the Best Pincushion category and she's also making the Softie Award ribbons. Pictures of the Official Softie Award ribbon coming soon.

Alicia Paulson makes the prettiest things and wherever I go, people know of her site and blog, Posie Gets Cozy. Her style is a little vintage, a little modern and totally divine! Yes, divine, an old fashioned word that has a sense of glam to it. Below is a lovely pink collage for sale in her online shop and also a group of beautiful flower pins. Alicia is judging the "My-Softie-Doesn't-Fit-Into-Any-of-Your-Damn-Categories" category.
